From the very beginning, I was very well informed about the whole recruitment process. a recruiter contacted me and walked me through the process with great attitude, huge knowledge about the company and about the role I applied for. process was transparent and i've learned about the company and the team itself on each stage. Team manager with whom i've met on the final stage was well preapered and during the interivew i felt safe and comfotable. I received feedback based on competency test i conducted during process. I didn't get the job but I know what are the reasons and I will apply again if any interesting role appers.
