The interview process was long but fair. Everyone on staff was extremely nice and easy to talk to. They had me give a presentation, which was off putting but turned out to be a great way to introduce myself. A big negative was how long they took to get back to me after the interview. I waited about 4 months for them to just say I didn't get the job in a generic email. A more personal touch and maybe some pointers for the future would have been greatly appreciated.
