This interview process was easy and simple. However, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. I followed up a couple of times with HR to see if my interviewer had made a decision, which took two weeks to receive an answer from. In today's job market, a response should be a priority for candidates.

7 or 8 interviews with a final hour long presentation on a product. Over a month and a half and was ghosted after final interview after several follow ups. Very drawn out.
