Applied online. The HR person sent me an email asking several questions such as why do you want to want to work for Smith Micro, etc. Next came a phone interview with the manager then a live interview with the manager and 2 others. It was a straight forward interview with no trick questions.

Initial phone interview with the hiring manager went OK. However, onsite interview in Aliso Viejo with management was absolute disappointment. I interviewed with couple of VPs -- was not impressed with their knowledge and attitude. Very derogatory. I interviewed with couple of Sales and PM individuals -- they all seem very beat and tired of the entire situation.
