The initial interview was a phone conversation and at the end of the phone call I was asked to appear for an interview at the office. When I arrived, I was interviewed by 2 individuals including the VP of the branch. The interview lasted for approximately 30 minutes and we discussed my career goals and how I could add value to the company.
