The interview process at SmileCRD for the Software Engineer position was underwhelming. The recruiter call was okay. However, the assessment, a simple task to manipulate and print a Patient's name in Java, failed to evaluate real-world programming skills. It felt more like an introductory exercise than a technical assessment for experienced professionals. Overall, the process did not inspire confidence in SmileCRD's ability to identify top-notch software engineering talent.
