My interview experience with Smartsheet was excellent. The recruiter was incredibly supportive, checking in after each stage and providing great prep. The process included calls with the recruiter, team manager, a senior SE, the sales director, and a final panel.
From the manager to the director, the conversations were honest and transparent something I really valued. Everyone was welcoming and open, answering all my questions. The panel was a highlight: conversational, focused on SaaS and sales skills, and a great chance to meet potential teammates. I delivered the demo confidently and enjoyed the experience.
Advice to Management:
Keep up the honest, people-first approach! your team and recruiter truly stood out.

3. Presentation
4. A 2h round robin with 4 team members
They provide a very detailed document on your presentation and if you prepare well, you'll have no issues. You could also present the SaaS you're currently selling.
