You meet with too many people and have to give a presentation. They make you do the presentation by the third interview and then you go on to meet with about 4 more people afterwards you're looking at 7 to 9 interviews if you add them all up. Because the presentation is done before meeting everyone else on the team, it's a waste of time if you don't get an offer. The presentation should be enough or done at the end.
