Hiring process was pretty straightforward and took about 3 weeks. I applied through a recruiter and I have to believe that it was the reason I was able to get an interview within a week of sharing my resume with smartsheet. I had an initial phone call, then an interview with 4 managers and finally they asked for my references before giving me an offer.
