The process began with an introduction via email by a third party, then a phone screen. Following the phone screen, I was given a couple of standard "do you think outside the box" written tests which I completed remotely. Then following that I was onsite for an inperson interviewed. I interviewed with the hiring contact as well as two other employees. All three were very personable and friendly. Followin that interview I was given a couple "homework" assignments which were to be turned in within a few days. I spent a good deal of time completing the assignments and turned them in. Never heard a single reply back from the company. I reached out a couple of times and never even received a "thanks for your time, we moved in a different direction" reply. I found that very unprofessional and rude. If you spend the time to interview and complete homework assignments some sort of reply is the expected and typical professional response.
