Thorough candidate review process. Multiple levels in the interview process starting with Recruitor. Recruitor was knowledgeable and provided a lot of detail and insight into the company and the position. From there, 2 additional interviews with leadership. Leadership interviewers were not quite as engaging; appeared bored or sleepy and didn’t offer a lot of insight into the position.
