Telephone interview followed by a in person interview the next week. Interviewer explained all the previous HR problems in the business as well as issues with the previous incumbent of the role. Despite being offered a third interview I never heard back from them to arrange and barely was given the opportunity to speak in the 2nd interview!

Initial phone call of 20 minutes with HR to pre-screen followed by a face to face with HR and hiring manager. The hiring manager wasn't able to attend though so the in-person was just with HR. A pretty standard CV walkthrough and check on company fit. One requirement was to provide a financial model, which I was not able to properly do given the short turnaround time (other candidates have kept this sort of information from previous employers but I don't). For that reason I withdrew my application.
