Lengthy process with many conversations and tests. Also took a very long time deliberating, which was very unhelpful with other potential job opportunities. People were very nice but I found the HR portion to be particularly drawn out and unnecessary.

First interview past recruiter screen was a take home case study that asked for a list of prospects and relevant contact info and strategic rationale as well as a sample outreach email. Got rejected bc my sample outreach email wasn't personalized enough.
