1 Phone Interview + 1 In-Person Interview. The hiring manager was most interested in why I wanted to work for SmartWatt instead of my qualifications. I should have known by his comments that SmartWatt was a mistake. He told me that they were not prepared for their growth goals but I ignored his warnings.
