The process was good. I didn't feel it too hard to crack may be because I had taken up some tougher interview in the previous few months. Phone in round followed up by onsite with developers, QA, Manager and VP and they all went well. Technical questions followed by quantitative analysis questions and some previous experience stuff. Everyone who came for interview were very respectful and listened to you.
