Three rounds:
1st - phone interview with an existing coach mainly talking about my background and why I'm interested in financial coaching
2nd - phone interview with an existing coach again talking about my background but the interviewer added several case-based personal finance questions
3rd - in-office multi-person interview including financial cases and discussion with several members of the team
The entire process was well organized and very thorough. Everyone was professional, polite, and clearly passionate about personal finance. Finishing the 3rd interview, I did not think I would receive an offer due to the difficulty of the questions and process.
