Applied through a recruiter. Interview process is not good. After having 6 years of experience in IT I was given a stupid question paper to solve and was asked to write an essay. I think normally the freshers are asked to write essay not an experience IT professional. Be serious about hiring and do not waste the time of an individual by giving 20 puzzles to solve and write a stupid essay. What you guys want to prove I don't understand. Please inform the candidates that there will be a written test before they come for an interview. The recruiter said that this test is applicable to all candidates across all levels. How can you have the same question paper given to one candidate who has one year or 5 year or 7 year or more than 10 year experience. Looks like they give the same paper to all freshers too. What an uneducated recruitment practice. Guys please be aware of this company, they will waste your time in case you are planning to go for an interview with them. Not worth it.

All puzzles to be solved. The saddest part is that there is no time limit to the test. You mean some one can sit the whole day and write the test. Are you all interested in hiring all non performers from the industry. Give them some work and they just sit on it. How can you have a test conducted without a time limit.
