I had the first interview with HR and it went pretty well, 2nd interview was a week later with the operations manager, I need to point out this second interview was very disappointing, this person was literally eating while interviewing me, I don’t even think she was taking our interview seriously. After 1 month I had another interview with a Team Leader, they said they would send me a follow up email, but I never received one, I tried emailing them for updates on my process, but I guess it’s just easier to ignore candidates rather than being honest.
