Please don't waste your time interviewing for this company. I got ghosted twice. Interviewed for both positions. I thought everything was going nice and smooth. I was asked to provide availability for a second interview and I get ghosted both times! I read the interview experiences for others and it was the same story. I was hopeful it wouldn't happen to me but I was so wrong. In the first interview I was told some bs about Smartbiz being transparent and my experience was nothing like it. I was told they would get back to me "in a few minutes" and still haven't gotten a response. I even called and tried multiple times to reach the interviewer through email the first time I was ghosted. Seriously this company has terrible hiring practices.
