I am very sad to talk about my recruitment process cause... it never really started. I applied to this position on May 16, received an invitation 3 days later for the first interview that was supposed to take place online on May 21... fast forward to that day, I waited for an entire hour with no sign of anyone, only to realize I got ghosted. I followed up via email, which was answered two hours later (after I contacted the recruiter's coworker). I was asked if I was available the next day, which I confirmed, just to end up ghosted again. There were a couple of more attempts to reschedule, but by then I had completely lost interest due to the unprofessional behavior. Given the large number of positive reviews I believe that this was a one-off situation, but it still left me extremely unsatisfied and I feel disrespected of the time and effort that I invested.
