Was 1 step, they send me a project based on my skills ability, but they dont send me nothing, i wait for around 1 year and no answear, was a project with jquery, js, html, css, bootstrapp, nothing hard.

The interview in Smart Consulting was easy, very relaxed and simple with just some questions about me and my knowledge. The manager was very friendly and communicative. The interview was made remotely.
