They said it would be a marketing associate position with very little sales, but it is really just a field rep position where you are in the field all day selling stuff. Very unorganized and poorly managed, as you don't get reimbursed for any gas, small commission, etc. Some days you may only be making just enough money to cover your gas. VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE, for a good reason. They bribe you to keep you motivated to stay.
