Poor Interview Experience I went through 5 interview rounds, including 3 face-to-face interviews. After completion, I was told an offer would be shared by mid-January, but after that there was no response. Despite multiple follow-ups, HR never replied. If a candidate is not being considered, the least an organization can do is communicate the decision clearly, especially after investing so much time and effort into multiple interview rounds. Calling candidates for three face-to-face interviews and then completely ghosting them is extremely unprofessional. A simple closure would have been appreciated.
