Had an initial zoom call with a talent acquisition partner that I thought went well. The following day I chose my availability to meet with two of the, what I assume to be, managers for the position. The second interview was a couple of days later but only 1 of the people scheduled to be there was on the call until she asked if someone else could "sit in" for the interview. I found it a bit rude that neither of them had their camera turned on for the zoom interview while I did and was just sitting there staring at myself awkwardly the entire interview. She claimed she was "camera shy". Well so am I but this is a job interview so you deal with it like any other interview. The questions she asked didn't seem all that thought out and she kept saying I guess I am having a hard time trying to make what I am trying to say into a question. I felt this made some of my answers possibly not as good as they could have been. She also kept asking what hours I could work, I believe fishing for me to say I am available overnight since that was some of the hours they needed. I ended up asking what hours are needed. They want a deal hunter always online, which I understand but that isn't something I am interested in working all night for $18/hour. Also, when I asked several questions she kept saying good question and I couldn't decide whether she actually thought it was a good question or if she wasn't 100% sure the answer because some of the answers I received were not the best. I honestly felt like I was a great fit for this position but after the interview maybe it was a good thing I did not receive an offer.
