Applied online and received a call back from the hiring HR representative - they asked a few questions and then scheduled my interview. Came in for an in-person interview with the same HR person from the phone call and the Client Service manager.

Phone interview with the HR Generalist. After that they schedule you for an office interview and you meet with the client services supervisor and HR director. They ask scenario questions and ask about your job experience from your previous employment.
