Applied and two days later, received a telephone call from the very friendly Talent Acquision team inviting me to a Teams interview which took place 2 weeks later. The interview was with the principal lawyer and another lawyer on Teams, lasted roughly 45 minutes and was a very informal conversation regarding my current role, my ambitions and very pleasant. The talent acquision team kept me thoroughly updated and was very kind and I was told over a week later that I got the job (over the telephone) - genuinely the nicest team and I have been applying for Paralegal roles for around 3 months and recruitment are not as nice.

Competency skills interview for a new entry role, the interview lasted for approx 1 hour. Recruitment staff were very helpful and nice. Salary offered very very below job market, ridiculous.
