I recently had the opportunity to interview with Slate for the Android Intern position. The interview process consisted of three stages: first, an interview with the Android Team; second, a meeting with People & Culture Lead Nicole; and third, an interview with the Chief Architect. Prior to these interviews, I completed an online quiz with various questions related to Android development. All three interviews went well; everyone was professional, yet I didn't feel the usual interview pressure. This experience was one of the most pleasant interview experiences I've had. I primarily interacted with Nicole, who managed the process exceptionally well and provided all the information I needed. Her guidance and support increased my enthusiasm to work with these people. Unfortunately, I did not receive the offer. If any other opportunities arise in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to try again. Thank you to everyone at Slate.
