Met with three interviewers, including the lead of the Custom Development department. During all three conversations, I enjoyed talking about not only my software development and consulting career, but many of my hobbies, likes, dislikes, and tons of other fun and interesting things. I didn't feel pressured at any point, and instead felt very relaxed, almost like I had "come home".
