I interviewed with about 4-5 people over the course of a month, it felt very organic. You do have to impress and show that you know what you're talking about, but it's more through meaningful examples and conversation vs. a classic Q&A style-interview. Everyone is very nice and very bright - but they are selective. The GM likes to meet everyone who comes in so he's the last interview you go through once everyone else has vetted you!
