The interview process with Slalom was the smoothest and quickest I have ever experienced. Having been referred for the job by a current Slalom employee/former colleague of mine, the interviewers at Slalom respected my experience and considered it very important to get me in the door. Because of their awareness of my career experience, the interview process was focused mainly on cultural fit and determining whether I was a "self-starter" type personality. Once the interview team determined that we fit culturally together, they wasted no time in making an offer and moving along. It was a great compliment to feel so wanted and to have a company be so responsive and positive along the way.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
