Be aware that interviews vary from from practice to practice so delivery leadership consultants aren't getting the same interviews are software and portals. It seems across all practices that there a good amount of interviews with various people and the process seems to take a few weeks or more. On the technology enablement side (programming), my interview was difficult. I had two technical phone screens which amounted to one being good cop and one being bad cop. The bad cop was the most terrifying and rewarding at the same time. It was a fair interview and actually judged what I was going to be doing currently at Slalom. There were no gotchya questions like "How many parameters are in the FileIO.ReadLine's 8th overload". It was more high-level and architectural. Besides a few scheduling hiccups, I was very pleased with the process.
