Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who was very pleasant and eager to chat with me so I listened to the quick synopsis on the company. I agreed to meet in person simply bcos of the person and curiosity. The first official interview was a detailed spiel on the company and its offering along with basic Q&A's. The person was also there observing potential cultural fit and filtering for the next round of interview, which is more competency-based. Second interview was a no-nonsense experience interview, where you layout your rock solid experience. Upon passing the second interview, you move to the final interview with the GM or MD of the company, which again is more culture suitability, personality etc. My entire process was conducted over a week, with actual interview days being three in total. I received my offer at the end of the week. Basically, you have to be experienced and competent, but also personably fit in order to preserve their culture.

Relatively straight forward interview process, it included conversations with the recruiter -> senior consultant -> senior manager + case study -> Director.
Roughly took about 3 weeks in total, the second half was in-person at their SF downtown office location.

Entrevista
I had interviewed for a consulting position out of the organization's Scottsdale office and was extremely impressed with the organization's recruitment and interview process. Interview outreach is initiated by HR, where skill assessment/role alignment is discussed, followed by subsequent rounds of conversational interviews take place, where background and behavioral questions are reviewed. Extremely impressed by management throughout (HR to BAS teams), and the culture seems to be second to none as focus is placed on balance (differing from other consulting orgs).

Entrevista
Phone Screen, Followed by meeting with Director of Talent Acquisition, followed by meeting with 2 Principal level employees. Followed by an Offer via phone. Entire process took about 2 weeks
