      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Slalom en feb 2022

      Entrevista

      This was the most bizarre, bordering on unprofessional, interview experience of my life. I got reached out to by recruiting about joining the data & analytics team. No specific role, just the team in general. Talked to two recruiters, and a few former colleagues that were on the team I'd be joining put in good words for me as well. Later told me they aren't moving forward with me for two reasons 1) They no longer have roles available (why did you reach out to me then?) 2) I lack self-motivation because I said I wasn't learning anything new (am I just supposed to work myself to death outside of work too?) when I left my last roles and I had said I disagreed with leadership before. They didn't ask to clarify what the disagreement was about, which was them trying to get me to commit a felony. As someone who has ASD with an IQ of 150, I learn things really fast but I also don't understand unspoken social norms, apparently, I'm not allowed to say I disagreed with leadership or that I stopped learning new things at my jobs. Doesn't seem very neurodivergent friendly, would have at least liked to have talked with one person or had them ask clarifying questions.
