Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a 45 min interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager. Followed by a 45 min interview with the Team Director. Once both of those parties approved, a 1.5 hr interview with Solution Principal and People Manager was conducted and consisted of a code challenge and a culture fit discussion. Everything wrapped up with a 30min interview with Managing Director for final approval.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
