I had a phone screen and 3 separate office visits meeting with varying levels within the organization. The process was unusual for me as it required me to go back to the office multiple times. I'm used to a single super day. The interviews were great. People are smart and driven. I can sense Slalom has a great culture.
The one negative experience was salary expectations were not communicated until an offer was being prepared. There was complete misalignment between the potential offer and my salary requirements. During the interview process I was told the experience of consultants have an upward range +20 years of experience. As a result, I had assumed a very wide range. The range is not wide for consultants and the median listed on Glassdoor is very accurate with no room for negotiation. I really wish salary was discussed at the front end and there was more transparency. I think this was on me as much the firm. I should have asked. The key take away is ask about salary expectation on the phone.

Mostly behavioral interview questions to gauge fit. There were some technical sprinkled in to see how you think. Overall, the interviews were very conversational.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
