Total waste of time. Contacted recruiters multiple times. Came in for two rounds of in person interviews. No sense of direction. Random questions. No idea what they were looking for and no offer.

I have interviewed at several companies and i can say this with full responsibility that Slalom Boston sets a really high standard. It matches the glassdoor ratings i read. The interview process was not only smooth and enjoyable but very transparent. The Hiring Manager was super responsive and very flexible in accomodating myrequests. I met 5 interviewers starting from the mid senior level to the regional director level and each and every meeting was really intersting. I learned so much about Slalom. During the interview process i felt as if i am already an employee here at Slalom. After every meeting , the feedback was prompt.
