Entrevista
I had five total interviews - first with a recruiter for a discussion about the company. The second and third were with the people who would be my direct supervisors. The fourth and fifth were with executives at the Atlanta office. The second and third interviews were the most useful where I discussed my skills/experiences and they discussed their needs. Those aligned well so I moved on to the final set of interviews that were much more about cultural fit than skills. Culture is extremely important at Slalom so be sure you're honest and don't bother holding back or trying to be formal during the interviews.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
