Entrevista
I first met with a talent manager over coffee, and that conversation went very well. I was then introduced to the recruiter and the formal interviews began. I met with about 8 people over the course of 3 meetings, and with every meeting I was more and more confident in my desire to join the Slalom team

4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation. The interview itself was well-structured and engaging, with thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience.
