Best interview process I have ever been in!
Everyone I met was genuine and interested in what I have done in career so far. I could tell that they loved working at Slalom which made me want to work there as well. I applied online and got an email a few days later to meet for coffee with members of the recruiting team. I then got moved to the next round of interviews where I got a phone call from a consultant and we went over my resume as well as asking me some behavioral interview questions. The final round I was brought into the office for a technical interview which was a data / SQL test in a case format.
Overall, the experience was amazing and I'm happy to say that I have joined the Slalom team!

Spoke with recruiter. Didn’t have anything right now; I don’t think anything will come of it. But it was nice of them to reach out knowing I was interested. I’ve interviewed a few times but all three times nothing really happened so hoping I stay in their system.

Entrevista
Multiple less-formal conversations with two different recruiters, which moved into three formal interviews. Before my first interview, I was assigned a tech-challenge that I had roughly about a week to complete. The first interview was an hour-long technical interview, where we went over my solution to the take-home challenge. I discussed my thought-process, challenges I ran into, and things I would add if I were to have additional time. The second interview was 30 minutes, and was a behavioral format. The final interview was around 45 minutes, and was with the director of the team, in which they assessed team-fit and discussed the culture of Slalom.
