Very transparent and honest process. In total I had 5 one to one interviews with four different employees and was offered the opportunity to sit down with additional employees for a chat if I wanted additional perspective. Slalom is completely about cultural fit and this is reflected in their interview process. They were very respectful of time and this is something I really appreciated. 5 interviews may sound onerous but they were free flowing chats as opposed to rigid interviews or assessment centres. Many qualified and experienced people apply for this company so they are less fixated on conventional hypothetical questions and more on your interests and professional ambitions. This approach is refreshing. They respect the fact that your experience probably reflects the fact that you have already nailed the basics and any questions about your professional competency will probably be answered over the course of the interviews as you speak to your experience and interests. This company and culture will not be for everyone. The interview is very much a two way street.
