What started as an initial phone screen with the Slalom Talent Acquisition Manager, developed into a solid professional relationship over the next 5 months. After the phone interview, I was invited to the local Slalom office to meet a Practice Area Lead and the Practice Area Director. A few weeks later, I interviewed with the Managing Director in the same office. Ultimately, I was offered a position at Slalom and accepted it! I was amazed and gratified by the transparency of the interview process along with the frank feedback from all members of the Slalom team. While I was prepared to expect a thoughtful process that would take time, I witnessed something that was quite unique in my job search. The Slalom team wanted to ensure that I was hired into a role where I could contribute, grow my career and be happy. The recruitment/interview process was well worth the time invested as the result was not only an employment offer, but an opportunity to join an incredible team!
