Coffee with Recruiter on a Friday, in person interview on Tuesday with a Client Lead and a Partner. Feedback from Recruiter on Friday. Offer approximately one week later and offer accepted approximately one week later. All in all, about 2-3 week process from initial interview to accepting offer.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entrevista
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
