The whole process was borderline unethical, highly inefficient and they did not seem to respect my time at all. The first stage is asking for previous deliverables and work products - given that this is technically the IP of current or former employers, it's unbelievably unethical for them to ask for this. Also pretty aggressive since they reached out to me. The rest of the process just seemed highly highly inefficient and the number of times I had to come back to their office was just a pain. There are 2 'peer interviews' which are supposed to be an opportunity for you to ask questions, but ends up being folks trying to convince you that its not all staff aug...and a case...which was also a bit of a joke. Their HR processes are also incredibly long. The end-to-end cycle actually convinced me that, no matter what they say, they're essentially a staff aug shop that targets big 4 washouts. Definitely not a good spot for people that enjoy being challenged, or are high performers.

Straightforward. Engaging. Transparent. From the initial email and phone screen to the offer, the end-to-end process was straightforward and transparent. Talent Analyst was plugged in and knowledgeable. Interviewers were awesome and it was easy to connect and have a conversation.
