I was approach by the local recruiter at Slack in Melbourne to discuss a new role in the team.
Step 1: Phone call with the recruiter (She was really friendly, we had a great conversation about Slack and very informative, sold me on the opportunity and I progressed to the next stage - It did take a week to find time for me to move to the next step - but this was to be expected as the Hiring Manager was in SF)
Step 2: Phone call with the Hiring Manager (Very Personable, Open and Good conversation)
Step 3: I didn't progress past this stage but I was given clear feedback which I highly value apart of the candidate experience.
