Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Slack (San Francisco, CA) en may 2016
Entrevista
The process started with a recruiter cold calling me. I then set an appointment using an online tool which made the process all the way to the first call smoother. Everything was downhill from there including scheduling the second call as well as the code exercise and the lack of feedback.
Their excuse for not providing code exercise feedback is because of the volume of interviews they're doing which is a poor excuse. Am I supposed to be honored to even get a chance to talk to them? I'm not exactly idle at home waiting for job offers. I took time out of whatever free time I had to show Slack what I can do. The least they can do is give me feedback.

If you and a teammate had opposing ideas, what would you do to reconcile them?

I had initial HR call and asked to finish coding challenge in a week. I spent good amount of time doing that and completed challenge in 3 days. after 1 day of submission, I heard that they can not move forward with my candidacy. I am quite sure that Manager haven’t looked or run my code. I am not sure if this is real position or they are just advertising for some other legal reasons. Such a waste of time
