I interviewed several years ago under a completely different leadership team. The process was extensive with an initial meet and greet screening and then an interview with a panel of principals. The process took months from the time that I submitted a resume. The process is completely different now. The school has a difficult time attracting quality employees, so they can't be as selective any more.

Interviews were conducted with the principal and teacher leads. A practice teaching session was held with a follow up review. Questions were asked by all participants. A follow up offer was made about 5 days after the initial interview.

Normal interview process with small panel of administrators and teachers. They took turns asking various questions regarding my ability to handle difficult student behavior, accept feedback and work as a team.
