I had an initial call with HR to discuss role, salary, team structure etc. Next they sent a HackerRank test, I initially put this off as thought it required some academic knowledge of algorithms and data structures. I needn't have as the problem was a practical one of verifying a 9x9 sudoku.
The next step was a 2 hour back to back VC with 2 engineers 1 hour each. The first was explain a technical project you've worked on, the engineer asked various questions about it, this was quite enjoyable with opportunity to ask questions. The second hour was a standard culture interview. I'm well versed in these as they are the easiest to prepare for, however this one was particularly painful, it lasted a good 45 minutes with various repetition, and was pretty boring. There was also opportunity to ask questions however by this time I'd asked most already. The explanation of the projects that were being worked on didn't really impress me, there were many different teams however none sounded particularly interesting, and you don't apply for a team directly they allocate you one based on your skills.
I passed this step, the next step would have been 3 hour face to face. I felt there would be more repetition in this given I already did 2 hour VC. The process is long, not as long as I made it though with delaying the technical screen.
I withdraw my application at this point as it didn't seem particularly interesting, and I accepted an offer from another company.
Depth of expertise - Interviewer asks you to take them through your recent project and dives deep into few sections. Questions were majorly around Scale, Performance monitoring and things to improve.

Very pleasant interview process. It is a 3 step process, the first part speaking about a project you've worked on. Then followed by 2 back to back interviews: a system design interview and a culture fit.
You don't interview with anyone with the team throughout the whole process. But I believe they give you the chance to speak to the manager of the team if they make an offer.
There was no programming exercise which I found refreshing and nice.

Nice and easy interview process. 1 screening round, system design and behavioural round. System design round went well. I came to know behavioural had lower scoring but then turned out positive.
