It was a standard straight forward Interview process. Phone screen, followed by 2 virtual interviews one with direct manager and a member of senior leadership. The conversation was engaging and they were very interested in my technical skills. But also emphasized their support and involvement with the Jewish community and shared how they were supporting employees who were volunteering for the IDF.
