I applied through Linkedin and got a call on same day for interview scheduling.
1. A form was given to me in which i had to write my self rating and knowledge on various technical skills.
First round - Swarnima took the first round and asked various testing related questions. Past company experience. Overall it went well.
Second round - Shailey ( she was senior tester i think ) took 2nd round and asked me various things about testing such as STLC, scenarios, test case writing, types pf testing and Sql related questions. It went well as well.
Third round - worst round ever. Project manager hardly asked me 2-3 questions. He was busy on phone not at all giving any attention to me. Pathetic. He told me to wait outside.
Then hr came and told me all is good asked me about salary expectations. She then took my application to as i assume the CEO and told me sorry it’s 50-50 we will call you if needed asked me to wait for 1 month just pathetic. Wasted my time for nothing. Bad company and also i saw the guard keeps monitoring how many times the employees go outside the office.
