The RPO that Skillz has hired- Talent Works reached out and scheduled a basic screening call. They weren't able to answer a few key questions about the company. I got the feedback that it looks like to be a good fit and proceeded to schedule the next round which was a skill assessment timed for 90 minutes with a start and end time. After completing the assessment, I received a system generated rejection. There was no follow up or feedback. The hiring process is clearly broken.
